Complaints and defects
In the event of a defect in the product, the buyer must make a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints within 2 months are always considered timely.
The deadline for complaints is:

5 years if the item is intended to last significantly longer
Buyer's rights
In the event of a defect, the buyer can:

Require correction or resubmission

Request a price reduction

Cancel the purchase if the defect is not insignificant

Correction and resubmission
The seller may refuse a claim if it is impossible or involves unreasonable costs. Correction or replacement shall be made within a reasonable time. The seller normally has no more than two attempts to remedy per defect.
