Terms of sale for By Benedicthe

These terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from By Benedicthe via the online store and have been prepared in accordance with Norwegian consumer legislation.

1. The Agreement

The agreement consists of these terms of sale, information provided in the order solution and any separately agreed terms. In the event of a conflict, the separately agreed terms take precedence, unless it conflicts with mandatory legislation.

The agreement is supplemented by relevant Norwegian law that regulates purchases between businesses and consumers.

Buyer is the consumer who places the order.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT and all taxes. No additional costs will be incurred unless clearly stated before the purchase is made.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is binding when the buyer has submitted the order. However, the agreement is not binding if there are obvious typing or system errors that the buyer understood or should have understood.

5. Payment

Payment is charged when the item is shipped.

Card payment can be reserved when ordering and charged when shipping
Invoice is issued upon shipment with a minimum payment deadline of 14 days.
Buyers under 18 years of age cannot pay by invoice.

6. Seller's rights in the event of buyer's default

In the event of non-payment or other breach of contract, the seller may withhold the goods, demand fulfillment, terminate the agreement and/or claim compensation in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

In the event of late payment, late payment interest and collection fees may apply in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Warranty

Any warranty is in addition to the buyer's statutory rights and does not limit the right to complain.

8. Choice of law

The agreement is subject to Norwegian law.
